This is by far the best deep conditioner I have ever used. It is the perfect balance between strengthening and moisturizing, and the smell is scrumptious! I use this on my 14 year old daughter’s hair also. We are both natural but we don’t wear our hair in its natural state. I flat iron our hair every 2-3 weeks so a good deep conditioner is a must. This leaves our hair with less shedding and so much shine. I keep a minimum of 2 jars at all times so I never run out.
